Delivering the Warranty (For Dealers)

The Pioneer Warranty covers vehicle's engine, gear box and Hybrid Battery for a period of two years or up to 100,000km ensuring the superior standards of the automobiles sold by you. Pioneer Warranty is offered exclusively through the members of VIASL. The membership of VIASL is granted to a selected number of importers, and the Association guarantees its members transparency in importation industry that they only import accident-free vehicle, in excellent condition with up-to-standard Japanese features. If the vehicle is purchased from an auction

If the vehicle was purchased directly from an auction, please apply for the PIONEER Warranty Coverage by submitting the documents listed below:

  1. A copy of auction sheet certifying as a true copy (Auction grade should be 4 and above and mileage should be below 25,000km)
  2. A copy of JAAI Certificate certifying as a true copy
  3. A copy of export certificate (English) certifying as a true copy
If the vehicle is purchased from a dealer

If you have decided to purchase your vehicle from a Dealer who is authorised to provide the PIONEER Warranty, in order for the Warranty to be effective, please ensure that your vehicle is in "Brand New" condition, has been manufactured within the past six (6) months and has not exceeded 300kms' in its odometer reading. Your dealer needs to submit the following documents to activate the Warranty coverage for your purchase:

  1. A copy of JAAI Certificate certifying as a true copy
  2. A copy of export certificate (English) certifying as a true copy
